Easy Payment Options
Payment may be mailed to our office address, delivered in person, or paid directly through our website. We accept credit cards, as well as checks, money orders, and cash. As an optional service, we also provide free automatic billing, which you may set up or cancel at any time.
Whatever size unit you prefer, all we require is a government-issued ID, a signed lease agreement, and your security deposit and first month’s payment. From there, you’re in and may move in at any time.
Though we're always sad to see a tenant leave, we require a simple 15 days' notice before you move out. That way, we can ensure your contract is terminated at the proper time, with no additional cost.
